"Elite team, infinite vitality", on April 17, 2021, all the staff of Umwa Technology and their families drove half an hour to jinning Sports Team construction site, and started a one-day team construction trip.  

At 9 o 'clock in the morning, the group construction activities officially kicked off.  

Support front first appeared, it requires the players to provide material support for the "front soldiers", not timely supply of soldiers "killed", the whole team will not be able to participate in the game.  In this activity, team members' awareness of active communication was cultivated, effective communication channels and methods were experienced, and the selfless dedication of team members to achieve the big goal of the team was cultivated, so that everyone realized that the real need of the team is unity of heart. 

The next stage is karting and mountain biking, feel this wonderful competition from different teams, with the dream of a racing driver in the heart, racing against time in the collision of speed and passion, experience the sense of speed of fengchitching, race out of style, race out of level on the field! 


In addition to the paper cup transmission, we also organized a series of wonderful activities, such as one round to the bottom, Infernal Affairs, crossing the River by feeling for stones, etc. The staff gave full play to the spirit of teamwork, not afraid of difficulties, and excellently completed one activity after another. 
The scene of the activity is both passionate and warm and harmonious. In each activity, the staff have a tacit understanding and cooperation, and all carry forward the spirit of selfless dedication, unity and cooperation. They help and encourage each other, and enjoy their youthful enthusiasm. 

As the saying goes, not afraid of high waves, but afraid of the OARS.  The strength of one person is limited, but the strength of unity is great. Through the participation of the group, we can divide the work and cooperate with each other, brainstorm and give full play to our creativity, so that many things can be done more thoroughly and perfectly, thus reducing the occurrence of unnecessary mistakes and making things more smooth and efficient.
